This exhibition is an impressionistic journey of
sublime photographic imagery that evokes timeless emotion and takes the
viewer into aesthetic realms. Robert Farber's style has influenced
generations of photographers. In 1995, Farber received the ASP
International Award, given by the Professional Photographers of America
and The American Society of Photographers to those who have made a
significant contribution to the science and art of photography. Farber's
photographs have been published in virtually every form. His work has
been exhibited in Japan, Europe and the United States.
Join Robert on January 27, 2:30 PM at the Frost Art Museum for "The Story Behind the Image," about the works in his current exhibition "My Eyes Have Seen." This event is free and open to FIU Students and Museum Members.

About Robert Farber:
Robert Farber's style
has helped to influence a generation of photographers through vast
public exposure of his work. His Nine coffee table books
have sold well over a half a million copies. Seventy of his images have
been published as posters and distributed worldwide. Jacqueline Kennedy
Onassis brought Farber into Doubleday to publish his book By The Sea, which won the Art Director's award for color photography.
